PEDESTRIAN NEW CORNICH BRIDGE

Scope of Work: EB Management team's scope is to design, supply and install the longest steel structure pedestrian bridge in the middle east. The bridge is around 700 M in length ns weighs around 650 MT of steel structure while bridging three different main roads.

NEW CORNICH LANDSCAPE

Scope of Work: EB Management team's scope is to supply and install the interlock, curbstones, green areas, precast chairs and pins at the Nawras area location along with the steel structure handrails.
HOUSING BANK HEAD QUARTERS
LOCATION: AMMAN, JORDAN | USE : COMMERCIAL | TRADE: STEEL STRUCTURE
Scope of Work: The project is considered the biggest steel structure project in Jordan built from hot-rolled steel structure sections including a one of a kind 20 LM cantilever that supports three floors of offices above the free standing cantilever. The building is 7 floors with a total area of 76,000 m2 built to fit 1200 employees. the scope was to project manage the erection of the steel structure.
TARIFY'S RESIDENCE VILLA
LOCATION: JEDDAH, KSA | USE : RESIDENTIAL | TRADE: LANDSCAPE AND MEP ,FINISHING
Scope of Work:Elite Builders renovated the two story villa, front yard and back yards including, replacing all MEP 2nd and 3rd fix, finishing and fitout along with the soft and hard scape for both the front and back yards.
While the Automation division replaced all switches, sockets and lightings with smart automation and linked the whole villa to their
building management system.
RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT
LOCATION: AMMAN, JORDAN | USE : RESIDENTIAL | TRADE: FINISHING, MEP AND LANDSCAPE
Scope of Work: Elite Builders handled the MEP, finishing and fit out while the Automation division replaced all switches, sockets and lightings with
smart automation and linked the whole apartment to their building management system.
BIGBEAST MDL BEAST SOUNDSTORM FESTIVAL 2019
LOCATION: RIYADH, KSA | USE : COMMERCIAL | TRADE: STEEL STRUCTURE
Scope of Work: This guiness record beast is around 150-meter width, 48-meter height and 30 meters in width, all was designed and built out of scaffolds. EB management team managed to design, supply and install the stage, and to coordinate with all different trades e.g. LED screens, façade, lights and sound, noting that the project duration was only 14 working days for the skeleton and 45 days for the complete structure.
MDLBEAST SOUNDSTORM : FESTIVAL 2021

Scope of Work: EB Management scope included the construction of the festival infrastructure including the underground cable and drain trenches, the parameter steel gates, the staking of then underground stages containers along some other elements.
MDL BEAST SOUNDSTORM FESTIVAL 2022

Scope of Work: EB Management team handled the construction and installation of structural Reinforced Concrete (RC) raft and strip foundations works set to support the steel arched tent superstructure, covering an area of approximately 80.0m x 112.0m. It consists of a 600mm deep and 5750mm wide strip foundation around the perimeter of the structure and a 250mm thick RC slab on grade (SoG), internally of the perimeter foundation.
